Ny_times_whats_insured_and_what_isn In order to better educate the public about insurance, CooperKatz and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) conducted a consumer survey about ‘what’s not included in a standard homeowners policy.’ Extensive media outreach led to great results, including a prominent story in the Sunday New York Times Real Estate section titled “What’s Insured and What Isn’t."
